I just set up my first migration from TB 68 with enigmail to 78 with
pgp.  All keys imported sucessfully, and I have a test encrypted message
that was sent from an old client using 68 with enigmial to the new
client, but the new client is not prompting for the password to decrypt
the mail any more, can someone point me to the preference or setup area
where you can have the password prompt like it used to?

If you want to require password, you would use the Thunderbird master
password. (Would be asked once per session only.)
