Local folder, and disk folder/folder fie name conflict...

A bit stranger things to explain.

A user, a rather power user, use the local folders to 'archive' their
email.
The local folder point to a folder in Windows 'home' share/disk, and
CSC/Offline file is enabled for that folder. Samba-backed server/share.

Sometime user lost access to a particular folder (tipically, the 'last
used one'). Lost access because in the share (local cache and remote share)
a folder (disk folder) get create with exactly the same name of the
mail folder (folder file).
Because windows cannot have a folder and a file with the same name,
samba 'hide' the file, show only the disk folder and so the folder
in TB desappear.
It suffices to delete the (empty) disk folder, and the mail folder reappear,
and get reindexed by TB.


User say me that, when happen, TB reply after a move/copy operation,
that the mail folder is 'busy doing something'.


Some hint on how to debug this? Thanks.
