New theme for TurboBlog (svn version)

Hi all,

I have just commited (r107) a new theme for TurboGears. This was my
first step on the road to provided a flexible way to manage themes/skins
in TurboBlog.

I'll now begin the real work, but waiting for this you can still enjoy
this new theme. For those of you wondering here is a screenshot of this
new baby rendered under Firefox. I did not try yet with IE or any other
browser.

If any of you find rendering bugs in this theme please let me know :)

PS: Sorry for last email that was a little bit unfinished, I was trying
to format correctly my lists and doing so entered a ctrl-enter... My
email program interpreted this as a "send" command, you know the rest.
