Happenings since Mr. Miracles D.C.press conference

"some time" has passed. A few weeks.
Enough time for each of you to get training on your powers (and get
the multipower) also enough time for the following events to happen:
- Mr. miracles presents MIT with a small generator that seems to run
on perpetual motion. Weeks later (like now) Scientists announce that
they think they know HOW the machine works, they just don't know WHY
it works the way it does.
-In a matter of about 3 hours, He removes all of the smog and
pollutants from the air over Mumbai with his powers... however
factories and other machines continue to spew, and it is obvious that
this is a temporary fix. He delivers a small device (about the size
of a refrigerator to MIT that apparently cleans air and separates the
pollutants into disposable/usable chambers. The devide is enough to
keep a particular city block clean pending wind conditions...
Scientists have yet to analyze it
-he visits several hospitals and cures several ailments incuding "big
hitters" like AIDS and Cancer. Patients are retained for further
studay and found to be disease free. He determines/decides that
various addictions are not diseases, but he can remove the influence
of substances from the person's body thus removing the addiction and
does so for several. Morbidly obese cannot be sured in this way, but
he takes a volunteer and transforms them into a slender version of
themself. the subject claims later to not be as hungry as they were
before. Over 1000 people are cured in total over the course of 2 days.
-he visits New York, London, Honk Kong, Johannasberg, and Sydney and
helps them find evedence they need for several of their cold cases and/
or key suspects/escaped perpetrators.
-As well he is spotted in several parts of the world stopping varios
crimes of varying degrees. Sometimes he used the tactic of altering
his appearance to be bait for some crimes or to get to crime bosses
with less confrontation from the lackeys. He shows more mercy than
his earlier conversations might have indicated, but some of the
perpetrators are harmed or killed, most times by their own reflected
attacks, and in those cases with warning that their intended harm
would befall them.
-Most universally awesome is that he upholds his promise to "raise
Atlantis" in the middle of the atlantic ocean, north of the equator,
almost directly between Florida . It has a land mass similar to Ohio,
but it is 8-pointed Star shaped and 70% covered with metalic and glass
structures. there were large waves created from the rasing of theis
land mass, but they calmed after several miles into normal waves.
Boats and planes sent to investigate, have not been able to dock or
land. Mr. Miracles has asked that people stop trying to land on this
land mass until he has affected repairs and assure the safety of
visitors. After that he asks that they follow proper channels (that he
will announce later) to request permission to dock or land. In the
mean time, boats are being gently pushed away by powerful currents and
planes are being diverted by wind currents. So far no pilots or boat
captains have reported a danger or damage to their vessels during
their landing/docking attempts. Official vehicles from most coutries
have been instucted not to attempt landings, but several ar making
rounds of circling angd inspections.

On a more personal note, he performed two more tasks for your team:
-(unless requested not to)He finished your secret entrance from
Walter's home to the storm tunnels.
-He took you to a structure very similar to the "lab under the
abandonded Taco Bell". that exists Off of Lake Shore drive. it has
exits into Lake mchigan, Into the sotrm sewers of Chicago and a more
pleasant entrance from a "maintenance sidewalk elevator." the last two
entrances can support small vehicles but there islimited space for
parking... maybe 2 or 3 vehicles depending. There is some limited
remaining computer and lab equipment here, but plenty of living room
and storage and it has excellent reception of most local terrestrial
and sattelite signals for some reason.
