Yes, I realize how silly such a thing sounds coming from me, when you
were unaware of my own unique condition until recently. But it does
not seem as though your new ... malady? situation? is something you
were trying to hide, so much as it is something you have recently had
occur. Or am I wrong?
(OOC: There is a chance that I will either manage to hilariously
telegame from a hotel next week, or I could even be back in time for
all I know, but just in case, I wanted to make sure we got to talk
about this at least a little bit)
Also, my other new recently freed friends ... I cannot begin to
apologize enough for the torments you have undoubtedly suffered; I
only wish we could have arrived sooner. You are free to be upset with
me for diplomatically sealing your release rather than putting an end
to this being's reign, but our numbers seemed particularly
insufficient; freeing everyone, rather than running the real risk of
merely adding to his assortment of torture subjects, occurred to me as
the wiser choice. I hope our somewhat limited abilities are
sufficient to restore all of you to health.
Unicorn, Lamia? Do you two speak? It seems apparent that our
righteous centaur friend and our newly re-assembled Warforged do
(c'mon Greg, you can do it; join the board!).
As for you, Man Made of Other Men, I am going to give you a new name.
Consider yourself "Orzo" until further notice.
An' I don't know why you keep harping on this, Tirris. So, we can add
"creepy healing thingy that replaces people-flesh with monster-flesh"
to "growing-bigger magic" on the list of stuff that don't mix well
with Shifters. I'm not exactly happy about it, but it's pretty rude
to keep finding excuses to remind me that one of my ancestors did it
with a werewolf. All that crap will fall off eventually, and, really,
it can't be soon enough for me. You people reek.
Game note: the unicorn does not speak but the Lamia does. I will
have some more info for thme soon, but since you have a couple hours
putting together the metal man and chacking all of the freed, you will
soon find out from them, that the Lamia and the Centaur Used to be
regular people, with regular classes, but were atificially grafted
with other animals and underwent magical experimentation to be turned
into funtional Centaur and Lamia. It happened to the Lamia first and
she saw it happen to the centaur... she notes that the wizard guy
heavily used one of the books on his shelf while doing so. (yes there
are many bookshelves here as well as various lab equipment)
