April 22, 2026 - NEWSLETTER

Panther Families,

We had ACT testing on Tuesday for our juniors. The building always feels a bit eerily quiet on testing day. Students enter understanding the importance of the exam and the opportunities that may lie ahead. Scores can support scholarships, college entrance possibilities, and future pathways. It is always impressive to see the focus and seriousness our students bring to the experience.

This week, we also share our Senior Spotlight series. The stories shared by our upcoming graduates highlight both their experiences at Spring Lake Park Schools and the exciting next steps ahead. As you read through them, the pride in our community is unmistakable. We have so much to celebrate in this graduating class and the work we do as a community to help these students reach this graduation milestone.

“Little Shop of Horrors,” our spring high school musical, opens this weekend. It is a fun show for the entire family. I encourage you to come out and support our talented students and staff who have worked incredibly hard to bring this production to life.

Finally, thank you for your continued patience and understanding as we work to get all of our systems fully back up and running. We appreciate the flexibility and support from our students, staff, and families as we navigate these challenges together.

Proud to be a Panther,

Megan Jahnke
