Hello Class of 2026 seniors and families,
Between the warmer weather, end-of-year events and senior celebrations, we can feel the excitement growing. The Class of 2026 is approaching the end of the school year and their graduation.
Thanks for your partnership as we near the finish line. Stay tuned for weekly updates, find information on the graduation hub and reach out with any questions to our commencement team.

Tickets:

Ticket Confirmation and Additional Ticket Lottery Request: Ticket confirmations were sent to seniors’ MyPanther email accounts on Friday, May 8. In addition to including the number of tickets reserved, the message also included a link to the form to request up to two additional tickets. If the number of requests exceeds the number of available tickets, a random lottery drawing will be held. Please note that additional tickets are not guaranteed. The lottery request form will remain open through this Wednesday, May 13. Families selected to receive additional tickets will be contacted directly.

Ticket Distribution, May 28 or 29:

Who can pick up tickets: Graduating students and guardians who are listed as part of the primary household in Campus are able to pick up the tickets. Be prepared to present a photo ID in order to sign for and receive tickets.

When can you pick up tickets: Thursday, May 28, 8 a.m.-12 p.m. at the District Services Center OR Friday, May 29 starting at 12 p.m. at Lee and Penny Anderson Arena at the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.

Parking and Transportation Interest Form:

Parking: There are five designated parking lots for the commencement ceremony around the Lee and Penny Anderson Arena. Lots A and B will require payment ($2.10/hour). All other parking ramps will be complimentary for guests. See a map of the parking lots as well as a map of the entrances where students and guests will enter.

Transportation interest form: If you/your family would be interested in getting a ride to the Class of 2026 graduation ceremony, please complete this form and let us know by Friday, May 22. We will work to find transportation options for those who are interested.

Cap and Gown pick up is May 14:
Cap and Gown pick up will take place Thursday, May 14, 10 a.m.-1 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center for those that pre-ordered. There will also be caps and gowns to purchase for those who did not pre-order. Honor cords and tassels will also be available for purchase at this time. If you are unable to attend that day, regalia will be available to pickup/purchase in the main office during school hours.

Complete senior survey by May 13:
Seniors need to complete the senior survey in Naviance by May 13. Survey completion is required to pick up a cap and gown and for counselors to send a final transcript to the college of choice.

Check Campus for any outstanding fees:
We ask that seniors check Campus and pay any outstanding fees they may have acquired throughout the school year. Fees could range from technology to library books and music fees. To check, login to Campus Parent Portal and click on "Fees" located in the left-hand black column.

Submit Senior Photos:
We are asking seniors and/or their family members to submit their favorite photos from this school year for a graduation slideshow. Photo submissions should be from school events, activities, athletics or any school-related function. Please send photos to communi...@district16.org for consideration.

Seniors gathered for Decision Day on May 1 to celebrate their post-secondary plans! They wore gear representing their plans for next year and had fun celebrating these important decisions with each other.
