Summer Learning Ventures Child Care for grades K-6 is now open and is filling quickly. Learning Ventures Child Care students are eligible for up to a 25% discount on Community Education sponsored workshops and classes listed below. Credit will be issued following confirmation of attendance and class enrollment by administration.

SLPHS Spring Musical: Little Shop of Horrors
"Little Shop of Horrors" is a hilarious and macabre musical about a struggling florist named Seymour who discovers a mysterious, bloodthirsty plant named Audrey II. The plant promises Seymour fame and fortune, but demands increasing amounts of blood to survive, leading him down a dark path. The story explores themes of ambition, greed, and the consequences of our choices, with a blend of comedy, horror, and catchy Motown-inspired music.

Everyone is Invited - Annual Swing Dance Event
Join us for a night of music, dancing, and fun! This event is for all ages and supports the SLPHS Choir & Band as a fundraiser. Featuring live music by Katia & the Upswing Band as well as our own SLPHS Jazz and Choir students, this exciting event will have you dancing the night away for a great cause.

Save the date for this special school year kickoff event on Saturday, September 12, 2026. This family/community event will feature a variety of exhibits with engines - think big trucks, automobiles, and recreational vehicles. Lunch from the food trucks will be available for purchase.
