On Friday evening, our Spring Lake Park/Centennial girls hockey team won the Section 5AA Girls Hockey Championship. This means they are headed to the Class AA Girls Hockey Quarterfinals!
The team plays Thursday, February 19 at 6 p.m. at Grand Casino Arena.
Details for the game:
- When: Thursday, February 19 at 6:00 PM game start.
- Where: Grand Casino Arena in downtown St. Paul (Map/Directions)
- Tickets: Anyone planning to attend the game needs to purchase tickets online: $13.00 (student), $20.00 (adult) – select “Class AA | QF | Evening | Thurs., Feb. 19”
- Bags: Bags are discouraged and Grand Casino Arena visitor guidelines including bag guidelines will be enforced.
- Fan bus for high school students (9-12 only): The high school is offering students a fan bus to attend the quarterfinal game. The cost to ride the fan bus will be covered by the Panther Foundation. Fan buses will leave the high school at 5 p.m. Thursday, February 19 and return to Spring Lake Park High School approximately 30 minutes after the game. Student IDs will be checked. Sign up for high school student fan bus using the fan bus digital form by Wednesday, February 18 at 3 p.m. Tickets for the game need to be purchased separately using the link above.
After Thursday’s game, the tournament continues on Friday and Saturday. Due to the potential quick turnaround and transportation logistics after the quarterfinals, we will not be providing a fan bus for Friday or Saturday games.
