EPA and DOE have included minor clarifications into the ENERGY STAR test method for UPSs. These clarifications have been carried over from a Version 1.0 guidance document and cover issues such as UPSs that operate with both 3-phase and single-phase power, UPSs that have additional DC-output voltages, and a longer measurement period. There were no changes to the specification. The original guidance document and updated program requirements are posted below.
