This is to inform you about a planned maintenance activity on the TaxPro GSP-ML1 server, to be carried out by TCL.

Planned Window
Date: 2 March 2026
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Time: 18:00 - 20:00

Reason
Firewall migration activity at the TaxPro GSP-ML1 server.

Impact

• The TaxPro GSP-ML1 server will be unavailable during the migration window.
• EWB/eInvoice workloads will continue to operate from our Delhi server. 

Action Required (Important)

Some HTTP clients that are not aware of round-robin routing may need to manually switch to the backup URL during the downtime:
