Reminder : Withdrawal of old AUTH API of e-way bill and e-invoice Portals from 01.08.2021

Dear ASP's,

Below is the communication from NIC Side.

"We have introduced the new API for authentication for both E Way Bill & E Invoice Systems with improved security. The same have been announced on the respective developer portals in first week of April.

https://einv-apisandbox.nic.in/release-notes.html                -----on 06/04/2021

These have been made available for testing on respective sandbox environment on the

above respective dates.

New Authentication APIs URLs on Production are:

E Way Bill :   https://<Prod base URL>/v1.03/auth         ---- published on 17/06/2021

E Invoice:     https://<Prod base URL>/v1.04/auth         ---- published on  10/06/2021

Following old authentication APIs will be withdrawn from 01/08/2021 on Production.

E Way Bill : https://<Prod. base URL>/v1.03/authenticate

E Invoice : https://<Prod. base URL>/v1.03/auth

Some of the tax payers are already using these new AUTH APIs. However, some more have to migrate.

Hence, all are requested to migrate to the new authentication API well in advance to avoid any inconveniences.

Please ignore if you have already migrated to the new authentication API."
