Tentative Planned Maintenance Notification (8 - 13 January 2026) – TaxPro GSP A2 & AL2 Server

Dear ASPs,
This is to inform you about a tentative planned maintenance activity on the TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server, to be carried out by TCL.
Planned Window- Date Range: Any one day between 8 January 2026 and 13 January 2026
- Duration: Approximately 8 hours
- Time: Off-peak hours (Night)
Firewall migration activity at the TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server.
Impact- The TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server will be unavailable during the migration window.
- EWB / eInvoice workloads will continue to operate from our Mumbai server.
- GST and PUB APIs will be unavailable during this period.
Some HTTP clients that are not aware of round-robin routing may need to manually switch to the backup URL during the downtime:
