New version of api's in e-invoice v1.04.

Version 1.04:

Eivital APIs (Date : 06/04/2021) 

1. New version for authentication has been released. The request payload has been slightly changed. Please click here to get the API details. The current authentication API version 1.03 will be withdrawn from 10/04/2021 on Sandbox.
2. Two new attributes for Date of Registration (DtReg) and Date of De-Registration (DtDReg) have been added to the response JSON of ‘Get GSTIN Details’ and ‘Sync GSTIN Details from CP’ APIs. Click here for ‘Get GSTIN Details’ API details and here for ‘Sync GSTIN Details from CP’ API details

Above changes shall be available in http(s);//gstsandbox.charteredinfo.com by 08 April, 2021 EOD. Shall be notified by post in TaxPro GSP Google Group.

Other Important Note From TaxPro GSP:

1. Start using https://einvapi.charteredinfo.com for EWB, eInvoice, and ASP Api at the earliest opportunity.

2. Please make sure you are passing Header "Content-Type" : "application/json" in ALL post requests.

3. Old sandbox at http(s)://testapi.taxprogsp.co.in is deprecated and will not be updated in future. We would try to provide above eInvoice Version 1.04 update on old sandbox also.

eiVital v1.04 changes (as per our last trail email dated 07th April, 2021) are planned to be deployed on the NIC IRP production environment on 10/06/2021.  We will send a notification in TaxPro GSP Google Group once we are able to test the changes in production on 10th June, 2021.

Apart from new listed validations (which are not very significant); the only change users of Decrypted API and TaxPro eInvoice .NET and Java Libraries needs to do is just change v1.03 to v1.04 ONLY IN eiVital API Url.  Please note, eiCore url will continue to have v1.03.
ASP User does not need to understand nitty-gritty of changes in auth API..!! Just change v1.03 in eiVital url to v1.04.

Restriction of 4 digit HSN codes on production environment is being deferred to July 2021

However old version (V1.03)  will continue to work on production for couple of weeks along with new version. 

The Validation improvements in IRN generation API are

     a.  IRNs can be generated only if the Supplier GSTNs is 'Active'. IRN cannot be generated if the status of Supplier GSTINs is 'Suspended' or  ‘Provisional’ or ‘Inactive’ or ‘Cancelled’.
          However, IRN can be generated if the Recipient GSTIN is 'Active' or  'Suspended' but not 'Provisional' or 'Inactive' or 'Cancelled'

     b. IRN generation is allowed for the CANCELLED recipient GSTIN, if the document date of invoice is between date of registration and date of de-registration
          of the recipient.
     c. Supply type 'SEZWP' or 'SEZWOP' is allowed only if the tax payer type of the recipient GSTIN is 'SEZ Unit' or 'SEZ Developer'.
     d. Reverse charge is applicable for the e-invoices where the 'ISGT on Intra' is set as 'YES'.
     e. 'Over Dimension Cargo' type is allowed for the transportation type is SHIP for e-way bill movement.

Other Important Note From TaxPro GSP:

1. Start using https://einvapi.charteredinfo.com for EWB, eInvoice, and ASP Api at the earliest opportunity, if you have already not done so.

2. Please make sure you are passing Header "Content-Type" : "application/json" in ALL post requests.  The "Accepts" header may not be required.
