To Enable TLS 1.2 in windows 7 Service Pack 1 For those who are developing in VB 6

Dear ASPs,

Now you can enable TLS 1.2 in windows 7 service pack 1 by upgrading it

You will only need to Update windows and will have to run Easy fix for windows 7
