Merging of eWay Bill and E-invoice Authtoken on 05th Oct2020 around 11:00pm.

eWayBill and eInvoice both system uses same auth token in production. Thus, authtoken and SEK stored for users of DEC API would be merged in case of Production... This will enable user's to use single AuthToken for both systems in production without getting error GSP102 "AuthToken not found or expired, please call authentication API."

IMPACT: This change would only impact DEC API users. Their existing eInvoice token may get invalid and they will start getting error GSP102 unless they regenerate eInvoice authtoken.  If eInvoice system is not being used at night, next day, application will automaticaly call eInvoice authtoken.  Thus there is very minimal impact due to this change.
