Dear ASPs,

Greetings from TaxPro GSP!!!

Below is the notification received from NIC.

1.    As per the request and feedback of the tax payers and GSPs, the e-way bill and e-invoice systems have been enriched with the new features for inter-operability between two instances of these systems. This is expected to take care of  easy switch over between the instances due to technical glitches at the taxpayers side or the e-way bill/e-invoice server side.

2.    Some of the services of e-Invoice & E Way Bill can be used across the two instances (E Way Bill 1 & E Way Bill 2 and e-Invoice1 & e-Invoice2). Please refer to the general information on E Way Bill interoperable services are provided in 'NIC_ewaybill2_Advisory.pdf' and for e-Invoice 'eInvoice interoperable services.pdf'

3.    The API related information is provided in 'API features of interoperable services of an e-invoice and e-way bill.pdf'.

4.    To enable testing the interoperable services through APIs, 2 separate instances, each for E Way Bill and e-Invoice are created. Please login into https://einv-apisandbox.nic.in/einvapiclient/ to get the URLs of the four instances.

5.    In view of introduction of the above new test environments, current test URLs will be withdrawn shortly.

6.    Once the APIs are made available in the production , the production URL details will be available in einvoice portals under API Registration-->User Credentials--> API Endpoints

Thanks & Regards,
TaxPro GSP.
