Dear ASPs

Furthering to our previous communication, owing to major fire incidence in TCL Delhi Data Center, our servers and links viz. internet, replication P2P and MPLS Link to GSTN are impacted and we have still not got any timelines from TCL about re-provisioning of infrastructure in alternative data centers or alternative floor of the same datacenter.  We have dedicated resources to continuously communicate with TCL and are in continuous follow-up with TCL. Once we get inputs, we would communicate the same to our clients. This incidence has also impacted operations of some of the internet giants like Google (Google Cloud outage hits India after Delhi data centre fire).

While GST APIs are not working, eInvoice and EWB API are working from our Mumbai infra. We are also trying to provision MPLS link from Mumbai to GSTN Bangalore as immediately as possible. With full traffic shifted to only single location out of our Active-Active DC-DR, there may be occasional time-outs during busy hours. We are thankful to our API users for their understanding and co-operation.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Warm regards,
TaxPro GSP Team

Dear ASPs,

We are writing to provide an important update regarding the ongoing disruption to our GST API services, following the severe fire incident that occurred on June 5, 2026, at TCL Data Centre facility in New Delhi.

Reference: Notification from our infrastructure partner, Tata Communications Ltd.(TCL) is attached.

We have already initiated the provisioning of MPLS link and IPSec tunnel to GSTN Servers from our Mumbai DR setup.

In Mumbai - TCL does not have router connecting to GSTN Infra and acquisition, setup and configuration of new router and then setting up tunnel to GSTN will require some more time.

We sincerely regret the inconvenience this upstream infrastructure failure has caused to your operations. Please be assured that restoring your access is our highest priority, and we will keep you updated as the Mumbai deployment is ready to use.

Thank you for your continued patience, support, and understanding.

Warm regards,
TaxPro GSP Team
