Planned Maintenance Notification (8 January 2026) – TaxPro GSP A2 & AL2 Server

Dear ASPs,

 

This is to inform you about a planned maintenance activity on the TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server, to be carried out by TCL.

 Planned Window

• Date: 8 January 2026
• Duration: Approximately 8 hours
• Time: 18:00 - 00:30

Reason

Firewall migration activity at the TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server.

 Impact

• The TaxPro GSP-A2 & AL2 server will be unavailable during the migration window.
• EWB / eInvoice workloads will continue to operate from our Mumbai server.
• GST and PUB APIs will be unavailable during this period.

Action Required (Important)

Some HTTP clients that are not aware of round-robin routing may need to manually switch to the backup URL during the downtime:

After the maintenance window is completed, please ensure that you switch back to the primary URL:
