RET11402 (API Authorization Failed) calling gstr2a/b2b from my app url

Hi Team,

I am facing an error "RET11402" (API Authorization Failed) while calling service "gstr2a/b2b". It works well if I try the application with an IP address but fails if I use the URL of my website. Can someone suggest, what could be the problem? I am using Cloudflare in the middle. The first thing comes to my mind is, is it because of IP?
