IMPORTANT - Remedial URLs for eInv and EWB API.

Greetings from TaxPro GSP Team!

TaxProGSP has connectivity to NIC servers from our server clusters in two different regions. Both the regions setup is mapped to single domain viz. https://einvapi.charteredinfo.com  and https://api.gstefiling.co.in  Using DNS Round-Robin.

Thus if one setup fails, API user’s OS will automatically try to hit other setup in different and user will get very high availability.

The above setup fails at times when application on any of the setup is still responding but link to NIC or some other thing goes wrong and user has no option to manually try hitting the other working setup.

Thus, we suggest ASPs to give options of choosing particular server temporarily (and keeping user educated to primarily use Main Base URL and only using the URL which targets single region only as Remedy…)

The same can be presented in your UI as below

On the backend, map as below:

Primary Server:                https://einvapi.charteredinfo.com

Backup1:                           https://einvapimum1.charteredinfo.com

Backup2:                          https://einvapidel2.charteredinfo.com

Note: Above remedial URLs are valid only for EWB and eInvoice API connectivity and not for GST or GST Public API.
