taxpub NLM DTD: please comment...

We would appreciate if those among you with some interest and
knowledge could have a look at the latest release of our NLM taxpub
DTD. It is on http://taxpub.sourceforge.net/ and its documentation
here http://taxpub.sourceforge.net/taxpub-doc/array.html

We would like to know whether the current release covers the elements
to model a taxonomic publication appropriately.

If possible, please comment before March 2.
