Bug warning: change in pairwise summary.

Hi,

I've had some reports of changes in the pairwise
distance summary between TaxonDNA versions 0.9.1 and
0.9.1.1 (see bug #1474924 at
[http://sourceforge.net/tracker/index.php?func=detail&aid=1474924&group_id=145950&atid=763567])

Since 0.9.1.1 was written mainly to fix problems in
the pairwise summary, I'm assuming that 0.9.1.1 is
right, that 0.9.1 is wrong, and won't be looking at
why this discrepency has occured. I will however be
coming up with tests to make sure that the *current*
code is error free, so the end result should be
verifiedly valid results.

However, it is possible that pre-0.9.1.1 pairwise
summaries are just plain WRONG (or, alternatively,
they're right, and post-0.9.1.1 pairwise summaries are
wrong). In either case, don't trust pairwise summaries
until we're done testing.
