Tax Liens questions

Hello,

I recently purchased a copy of the book and have read through it (will
need to re-read some sections), but find great value in it. Thank you.

I was hoping to ask a few questions which were not addressed in the
book:

1/ What are the requirements to be able to purchase tax liens if one
resides overseas. (eg. Do I need a SSN / bank account - or can I use
overseas accounts to transfer $$). Obviously I will be limited to
purchasing liens online via auctions or OTC.

2/ Perhaps because the book is a couple of years old now, some of the
links to purchasing tax liens/auctoins online (via county websites) no
longer work (i.e. p41-42). Are you able to provide an updated listing
of URL's where online auctions can be found?
