All our cases offer mounting to magnetic surfaces for hands-free use.
Our magnet phone case will not drain or interfere with your battery. Qi wireless chargers use a magnetic array to charge your phone, but your phone battery will not lose charge if it's near our MAGSAFE compatible magnets. We test all our products before putting them on the market. We also stand behind them with a 60-day no questions asked money back guarantee and a 2 year warranty.
Yes! All of our magnetic phone cases for iPhones are MAGSAFE compatible. We make wireless charging easy with our removable magnetic plug. Use the magnetic plug to secure your phone for hands-free operation or attach to a magnetic wallet. Replace it with the non-magnetic plug for seamless wireless charging. Our cases are compatible with most 3rd party chargers and accessories - try our ecosystem for best results.
The magnets in our magnetic cell phone case are strong, but they're not strong enough to demagnetize your credit cards. If you're using wireless charging, we recommend that you remove any credit cards from your phone case before affixing it to the charger. The charging field can be strong enough to demagnetize the strip. You should also keep room keys and subway passes away from your phone.
We have several phone cases with magnetic backs. Our most popular model is the Rugged model for all Samsung, iPhone, and Google Pixel models. Avid golfers love our Eagle 3 series, which is designed to keep your phone safe out on the green. If you love the color of your iPhone, try our Crystal series which gives you military-grade protection while letting you show off your phone's color.
There are a lot of wireless chargers on the market, and some of them don't work well with magnetic phone cases. With Rokform, we have you covered. Remove the magnetic plug from our magnet case and add the non-magnetic plug we provide for best results. Many other brands require you to remove the case altogether or your phone won't get the full speed of the charge.
I have an iPhone 6 plus and i use a Vaja leather case with side hinged closure with rare earth magnets to keep the front flap closed. I have noticed many people saying my voice gets muffled or cut off during voice calls. However, the problem seems to go away when i remove the case. I try to make calls with the magnets as far from the phone as possible without removing the case, but this does not fully resolve the problem.
Please site your source that says that Apple is not recommending the cases. And, Apple moderators will not "chime in" with anything here. That is not their job. A moderator/host is just here to ensure people follow the terms of service and they respond to reports of violations.
This is a chat with a customer service agent? What issues were you experiencing with the case? They do not say what you quoted. Besides, Apple sells cases that use magnets at their retail stores. I've used magnetic closure cases with my iPhone 4s, 5s, and my iPad Minis. One of the Minis being a cellular version. The only issue anyone I'm aware of is a compass issue as described in an earlier post. Something a customer service agent says is not a recommendation from Apple.
I Would suggest the mere fact that a Compass issue exists, leads one to assume it is not the App that the magnets are interfering with, but the internal gyroscope and other hardware / software that the Compass App interfaces with.
I'm telling you that I've not seen any issues with magnetic cases other than questions about compass issues. No other issues have been witnessed. Again, I have experience with a case and have not had any problems at all. Especially signal issues. Does this case remain on the device at all times? Even then, I'm not aware that it would cause any signal issues, and have not seen any reported.
Apple does not participate in Apple Support Communities. this is a user-to-user technical support forum. And the moderators are not technical people; they won't know any more about it than anyone else.
Please cite the reference where Apple recommends against magnetic cases. I would be very surprised if they do, because Apple sells magnetic cases in Apple stores and the Apple online store. And I've been using cases with magnetic closures (bought from Apple) for almost 9 years with no ill effects.
You go right ahead and do that. You aren't hurting my feelings. However, the cases I had were sold by Apple and designed for the iPhone, just not manufactured by Apple. Again, I did not experience any issues at all.
I ve just bought a new Iphone Xr and i want to buy an magnetic case for it. As i informed from others, that magnetic filed may affect signal and also it may damage the screen display over time. Is that correct?
As far as fast charging goes, Apple has approved it with the correct accessories so it should not damage or degrade the device. However, uncontrolled fast charging to maximum would probably make the battery warm more than slow charge so the total capacity might be reduced on that one charge cycle. That is why Apple designed quick charge to reduce to slow charge for the last part of charging, to allow the battery to cool before it reaches maximum capacity. Wireless charging is generally slow rate anyway so it should not cause problems - once again, providing you use approved accessories.

The phone is easily positioned and connected to the mount through the magnetic guidance and the vacuum force keeps it securely locked. In case of a strong impact, the hold is additionally secured by the vacuum pressure created by the suction cup.
The centering of the smartphone is ensured by the magnetic force - thus the suction power is always guaranteed. The smartphone is released by simply pressing a lever on the side of the phone base.
Thanks to the ingeniously simple combination of magnetic force and vacuum pressure, the smartphone can be operated with one hand and is 360 rotatable, while a ratchet prevents it from rotating during the riding - even on rough trails!
Magnetic phone cases are designed with built-in magnets, allow for effortless attachment to magnetic car mounts, desk stands, and other magnetic surfaces, ditching the hassle of clamps or sticky pads.
Additionally, many magnetic cases work seamlessly with wireless chargers that utilize MagSafe technology (or similar). These chargers also have magnets, ensuring perfect phone alignment for efficient charging, eliminating the frustration of imprecise placement on standard wireless charging pads.
But the benefits go beyond charging and mounting. The world of magnetic phone accessories is vast, encompassing wallets that snap onto the back of your case for easy carrying, portable battery packs that attach magnetically for on-the-go power, and even kickstands for hands-free viewing.
No, the magnets in well-designed magnetic phone cases are weak enough not to interfere with your phone's functionality or data storage. They are designed to repel the magnetic accessories, but not your phone itself. However, there have been some reports of interference with compass apps.
