Ido have Interactive Scaling Mode on, so it's definitely not that. Is there anything else that could be causing this? I do not have the time re-create his entire set in a new file with all the Section Viewports that are involved, so I hope there's a solution.

This has happened to me many times and I think I figured out a work-around. For me, this seemed to happen with files that were created in VW2018 and opened in VW2020. I completely scrapped files created in a previous version and re-created them with "untitled" VW2020 files. So far, these "pure" files have not been losing their handles...not much anyway. I'm very carful not to copy and paste anything into them that came from another file. That's hard to do after working with MiniCAD/VW for nearly 25 years.

This is a serious problem because I'd venture to say that every user--as in 100%--who is not coming new to VW will always be opening files created in a previous version. I have not been able to isolate what exactly it is that is incompatible between the versions. That will be impossible to determine unless you are digging into the code, I suspect. But it's worth a try.

It could have been after a file save, hard to recall, but it definitely wasn't after a crash. I was in the middle of working on the file, along with working on another open file in another tab. I didn't notice the exact moment it happened, but at some point I realized one file had blue handles and the other file didn't...

Now if you are talking about blue cards for a MB that wasn't finished yet, then that's up to the scout and the MB counselor in large part. Some would require the boy to start over, others would operate on the principle that "a scout is trustworthy." It really depends on the situation.

I recommend the trading card plastic sleeves put into a small binder with all ones cards blue, rank, toten, fireman, and training each scout and scouter should have one. After all what do you say if the DE comes up to you at an event and asks if you have the training to do what your doing?

True Ed, but the same can be said of blue cards or rank advancement cards, and for that matter, signatures can be forged on them too. I hate to start down that road (so much for "a scout is trustworthy!").

If I understood the original post, these are scouts in his troop. So surely someone would have noticed if Bobby Scout suddenly "jumped" from TF to Life? Or showed up with a sash full of MB patches all of a sudden, with no clear explanation or recollection from anyone in the troop about how or when they'd been earned?

For completed, recorded ranks and MBs, as others state, this is really a non-issue because people should be able to provide back up records (if it is deemed to be necessary to go that far in order to verify). In this case, I just don't see how having or not having the accompanying award card is all that important. I know some troops that don't even hand out the recognition cards - they only hand out the cloth badges.

True, some people are moving away from Blue Cards, but they are still nice to have just in case there is no record of a scout earning a particular merit badge at council when he goes to fill out his Eagle Application. He has to provide some written documentation that he earned the merit badge, and the blue card provides one form of such.

I'm surprised that no one has mentioned the Advancement Report units are required to submit for advancements. Whether a Scout has lost his blue cards, lost his handbook, lost his rank cards, or if a Troop receives a transfer Scout and his documentation is incomplete, those Advancement Reports validate all advancement. Advancements Reports create copies for the Council and the unit (and I think there's a third copy, but I can't remember whose copy that is). You can then update a new replacement handbook and precede with confidence. All Councils require Advancement Reports. As for all of the units, they're supposed to use them.

All I can say is this is how it is done in Chicago Area Council. We have to turn in the front portion of the Blue Card with the advancement report in order for the advancement to be recorded by council. We used to turn these in at the council office, now we are using the online advancement National came up with and are required to turn in a copy of the advancement report with any necessary signatures and the front portion of any merit badge cards to the district advancement chair before our online report will be validated. Should a boy reach the point he is applying for Eagle and he finds that a merit badge has not been recorded with National his portion of the Blue Card will only tell him where to go to get a replacement front portion to submit. By this I mean the applicants portion is not accepted as proof of completion. What more if the boy has already turned 18 any new advancement will not be accepted no matter when the badge was actually earned. Unless you have a copy of the advancement report with the badge listed as having been submitted AND THAT REPORT CONTAINS ADVANCEMENT WHICH WAS RECORDED, (proving the advancement report was actually received) you have a problem which only National can solve.

I have done the quests where you go all over the world and do stuff to help the blue dragons, come back to Kalegos in Azure span and he has nothing for me. Help please - i want to continue the questline

Blizzard, why do you keep changing how a bug is reported. Every year you move the bug reporting tool. Is there some valid reason for this? Other than Collin the office intern thinking it would be better somewhere else?

If it takes THIS long for someone to sift through specialized reports for WoW, how long do you suppose it would take for them to get documented properly if you made a general report for a random game on the platform hosting 20 games?

Individuals can apply to replace a lost, stolen, damaged or faded Blue Badge online or by post. Support organisations must apply by post. With your application you must include the correct fee, photograph and supporting material. Replacement badges will only be valid until the expiry date of the original badge.

Recently upgraded the dropbox app and Mac OS to Sonoma. Dropbox icon is no longer in the top menu unless I have already opened it from the finder window sidebar. Also there are no blue or green icons to indicate if files have synced. And no globe icon to go directly to dropbox in my browser so I can check to see if everything uploaded. Dropbox is not nearly as easy to use now. Anyway to get it back to how it was before?

Opening the app opens a folder showing my dropbox contents, but the icon doesn't appear in the menu bar and the blue and green icons are still missing. I do see a couple of cloud download icons on 2 of the items, which is new. Did the dropbox update get rid of the blue and green icons and change where the dropbox icon is located from the top menu to the finder window sidebar? These changes are not helpful, as it takes more clicking and time to do what I did before the dropbox app update.

I have the same problem but my files and folders are not even allowing me to 'make available offline' and no sync status icon shows up. I tried reinstalling Dropbox and also setting Finder Extension to be on and off. Nothing is working for me. It is a new M3 Mac with 14.2.1 MacOS.

How to Fix Dropbox/Mega Smart Sync Icons Not Showing on MacOS. Please navigate to System Preferences > Extensions > Finder Extensions and then disable and reenable the Dropbox/Mega finder extension as shown below. Reboot your computer to apply changes.

Blue book would be at local ampher, documents required and time frame only they could provide as they are all different. Car green book would be local Motor transport office, and again, only the office could give you definite time frame and cost.
