Hi all,

Does anyone know what happened to the archives of the previous TAXACOM? They seem to have vanished from the listserv https://lists.ku.edu/listinfo/taxacom

Hi Rod,

In the farewell email on the old server, Jim mentioned he would archive them:

"I will archive the e-mail contents of the Taxacom mailing list archive in standard ".mbox' format files, so should there be a scholar or initiative in the future interested in what you all did here the archived mail will be preserved and easily read. I will make those files available upon request to anyone early in 2026."

Cheers,

Neil

You don't often get email from rdm...@gmail.com. Learn why this is important

Last December I wrote to Jim off-list and asked for a copy of the Archives.  I just sent him another email, in case he's not already on this group.

Aloha,
Rich

It would be great if that archive could be incorporated into this new google group somehow to allow searching for old posts.

Cheers,
Jim
