ESPP QUESTIONS

Hi,

I'm hoping someone could shed some light on how exactly I should enter
some ESPP information in TurboTax.

I sold 70 shares of stock for 793.10 dollars last year under my
company's ESPP program at 15% discount.. Im a little confused on the
purchase information that TurboTax requires you to enter for the ESPP
sale.

For example in TurboTax it gives you a set of things to enter
Purchase Information:

a)Stock Grant Date - I assume this Stock Grant Date is the 1st day you
first bought the stock under the ESPP plan? If not then what exactly is
this? Under my ESPP plan I buy stock for whatever the market value -
15% at various defined dates.

b)Market Price on Grant Date - Is the price you purchased the stock for
on the Grant Date?

Hope someone can help me here! I would greatly appreciate any advice
on
this.
