For heaven's sake where is the street cleaning calendar that shows at a glance the week and month in advance. 

Why on earth do we have to click on every day to see what status is. 

It should simply list the exceptions nobody gives a darn about the regular days they want to know the exceptions. 

Your technology seems to be completely incompetent. 

You have no customer because you're a monopoly. 

Please resign or retire and let someone else with competence run this piss poor organization.
