Since our campaign launched at the end of 2025, Tax the Rich has been working hard to ensure that everyday New Yorkers understand that their life has worth and this city is where they belong, if they want to belong here. In other words, we’ve been working to show New Yorkers that we love them.
Every time we knock on our neighbors’ doors, it is an act of love.
Each time we read about a local issue and imagine how we can get involved, we are practicing love.
Whenever we join a Zoom call after the work day (or let’s face it; sometimes during the work day), we are motivated to be there, in part, by love.
Two of the most relatable pillars of Zohran’s mayoral race were: (1) NYC is too expensive, and (2) New Yorkers love New York.
Our Tax the Rich campaign is also held up by those two pillars. NYC is too damn expensive and we are working hard towards a future here that we love – one that includes free childcare, one that includes accessible health care for all, one that puts people over profits for good.
Do you believe in this future full of love, affordability, and collectivity?
Show us you do by donating $10, $15, $20 today to help us reach our fundraising goal!
