Real time disclosure of budgets needed

Publish real time details of the budget on a long lived website. Currently the office of Management and budget produces open data that is as clear as concrete. 

The taxpayers require real-time views into the spending and contracts that are being signed in their name. 

The office of investigation does not follow up. Reports are issued but there is no follow-up.  

There is a open data entry that shows that 96 trillion dollars has been awarded to comunilife.  

We need community oversight!
