More disgraceful buying of offices

Our New York City council should be completely revamped. 

We need one year terms and get rid of the speaker altogether. 

Ask yourself why is there a 600 million slush fund?

Also why is it not going up at 6% like everything else?

These people are incompetent even in corruption.  Which, by the way, appears to be their strongest attribute.
