Hi,

We like to ask if there is a support group at socrata.

NYC pays many millions to tyler technologies but we get our servers blocked when we try to use the information.

Please contact us with a technical phone or email address to help resolve the issues.

The ip address that is blocked at the moment is 199.170.132.222

This is a service that helps New York City residents find and index the siloed information that currently is very lightly used.
