IT Update:Writ petition for ITR date extension at Delhi HC:Next hearing on 18th Sept .

As per Verbal discussion with CA Mahesh Kr who filled writ petition 

1) IT dep has accepted that due date of ITR has not been extended.

2) CBDT to provide affidavit to Delhi HC to say that Returns filed with Tax Audit reports will not be considered defective & what will be consequences of filling of ITR without TAR.

3) Next hearing on 18th Sept .Hope for the best
