          Convocatoria abierta a películas del 1 nov 2012. al 6 ene  2013.

                           2° Festival Internacional de Cine y Derechos Humanos de Uruguay.

El Festival Internacional de Cine de Derechos Humanos de Uruguay organizado por  Tenemos que ver y Cotidiano Mujer, abre la presente convocatoria dirigida a realizadores(as), productores(as) y distribuidoras a inscribir sus películas (largos, medios y cortometrajes) de ficción, documental, ensayo, animación, experimental o videoclips nacionales e internacionales en vistas a la selección para su 2ª Edición a realizarse en el Teatro Solís en la ciudad de Montevideo del 17 al 21 de junio 2013, y en algunas ciudades del interior del país en  su muestra itinerante el resto del año 2013.

En esta edición adoptarán el enfoque temático de La libertad. La fecha límite para inscribir sus películas es el 6 de Enero 2013. Las secciones no competitivas están compuesta por: muestra Internacional de Largometrajes y muestra Internacional de Cortos. Además el festival contará con la sección competencia de largometraje internacional.

                           2° International Human Rights Film Festival of Uruguay 

The International Human Rights Film Festival of   Uruguay organized by Tenemos que Ver and Cotidiano Mujer opens its actual  call to filmmakers, producers and distributors to register their films (long, medium and short), fiction, documentary, essay, animation, experimental  and latinamerican and international video films. The selection of this 2nd edition is  to be held in Teatro Solis in Montevideo from 17 to 21 June 2013, and in some inner cities of the country  with his traveling show during  the rest of 2013.

In this edition the thematic approach  will be  the “Freedom”. The deadline to register  the films is  January, 6^th, 2012. Noncompetitive sections are comprised by: International Film shows and International Shorts Show. In addition the festival will  have an  international competition section.
