QUESTION: for Paths like Purple Dragon Knight, where a prereq is vague: affiliation with Cormyr... Or like the spellscar needed to take the multiclass Spellscarred. Do you think I need a check box somewhere for the user to indicate they have it? The "affiliation" requirement is a can of worms. And things like a spellscar are too.

Thoughts/Ideas?

I got the majority of the Genasi worked done, got the new feats meshed
in and done, have the racial powers accounted for (except for when
genasi become epic level and can have two manifestations happening
simultaneously), now I have to mesh in the Swordmage and Spellscarred,
and the class powers associated with each.

Could I get you to do the powers for either one of them? You pick one,
I'll do the other, in the format on the CLASS-POWERS tab, only worry
about columns B thru Q.

Columns D & E vary depending on type of power (Class Feature/At-Will/
Daily/Encounter/Utility)

Column L I abbreviate the abilities: Strength = STR

You may want to view several areas of the powers sheet to see what I
am doing in those cells.

Again, let me know if you have the time and are willing.

Thanks'
Keith

Non-enforceable requirements are not worth any effort to code in my opinion. This is simply an aid to the player.

Player's Guide page 106 - regional benefits:

IMPILTUR REGIONAL BENEFIT
Add the higher of your Wisdom score or your Constitution
score to your starting hit points (instead of
automatically adding your Constitution score). Your
number of healing surges is still based on your Constitution
score.

IF WISDOM IS HIGHER: does that mean you use your initial Wisdom score at 1st level instead of Con plus the number for your class, BUT after 1st level? Do you then use Con bonuses, or use Wisdom instead of Con throughout your character life?

I take it to read that only starting points are what your wisdom will be used for. Off the top of my head I don't think Con helps HPs does it?

Yes it does, you add your con score plus all con score level bonuses plus your class base hp score plus your class hp per level score.

I meant to say I did not think con helps HPs after character creation. You do not get a con bonus per level after character creation.
