[on-asterisk] Asterisk Security - Best Practices

Hi Folks,

One of our clients has asked us to provide advice on best practices to secure their Asterisk servers.

We do not use Asterisk and although we can suggest some tools like fail2ban, I wanted to check whether there are any favourite
reference guides or walk-throughs on the subject?
