[on-asterisk] Bulk SMS that allows Sender ID set?

Hi everyone,

Twilio used to allow to set SMS sender ID but seems that they have changed
rules and their API now returns an error asking for a validated number on
file.

Two questions:
1- Can you recommend any good bulk SMS provider that allows Sender ID set -
looking for international and not North American SMS?
2- Has anyone found a way around the new Twilio restriction?
