Cho em hỏi về câu cuối trong đoạn mở đầu của bài: "For me, visiting Italy is a bittersweet experience. The sweetness comes from knowing that virtually everything I taste — from the morning’s first expertly pulled espresso to the sip of limoncello in the trattoria at evening’s end — will be intensely memorable. The bitterness comes later, usually when the plane has left Leonardo da Vinci airport and I’m confronting the minor insult of the in-flight meal, and the tiny tragedy of my first sip of reheated filter coffee. By then it’s already too late: Once again, I’ve left Rome behind, and the sprezzatura has started to drain from my day.".
Em hiểu câu đó là tác giả rất thích ẩm thực nước Ý cho dù có bị đau bụng hay gì đó; nhưng câu cuối họ viết hơi khó hiểu: em tra spezzatura: perfect conduct or performance of something; drain: run out; nghĩa là từ đó "dòng ẩm thực tuyệt đến hoàn hảo đó bắt đầu chảy trong tôi"; vậy cái vế đầu I've left Rome bind nghĩa là gì ạ? sao lại bỏ lại Rome?

Ý: thăm viếng Ý là một trải nghiệm ngọt bùi xen lẫn với đắng cay. Ngọt bùi là ẩm thực ở đó tuyệt vời, đắng cay là lúc về, ngồi trên máy bay phải nuốt đồ ăn thức uống của hãng hàng không. Leave behind, quay lưng bỏ lại, để lại, rời xa, bỏ đi {phrasal "leave behind"}. Lại một lần nữa, khi phải rời xa Rome, những gì tuyệt hảo đã có được lại bắt đầu mất dần đi trong cuộc sống của tôi.
