minhf có vài đoạn sau cần hỏi trong một nửa bài đầu như sau:

Arrondissements" tra nghia là quận nội thị; vậy cả đoạn nhỏ này có phải "những người di cư từ Bắc và Tây phi và một vài nước châu Á đã tạo nên các vùng nội thi 18,19,20, 10,11,12? " ko các bạn?
2. Nếu arrondissement là quận nội thị; thế thêm cái Inner vào, tức là lại còn các phố trong của trong quận nội thị à? mình ko hiểu lắm, là trong đoạn dưới này:
