Can anyone tell me if i should be worried

Hi,

i just got my first tattoo, about 3 lines of text on my stomach about
a week ago. it is starting to peel and i knew that it would do
that..but i have noticed some of the lines on the letters are getting
thicker, kind of like the ink is spreading a bit. is this normal and
will it go away? and if it is NOT normal should go back to the same
place, they said to come back in for free touch ups. It looked REALLY
clean during the first 4 or five days, and the place has a good rep. i
just don't know what to do.
