President Putin in spite of his flaws..... HATES THE DEEP STATE Elite who have been doing
all that they could to stop President Trump from beginning to really drain the corruption in Washington, D. C.
My impression of Biden is that he is so loyal at reading whatever script is passed to him... .that the only reason why he is the Democratic Party nominee is because he is the most reliable to prevent President Obama from being held to account for what he did in the last six months of his Presidency.

If America were to borrow a significant portion of their USA dollars from banks in Jerusalem.... the issue of JUBILEE could be put in front of the whole world!
An important part of Wall Street must be transferred to Jerusalem due to the Jewish understanding of Jubilee. This could be the best way to stabilize the two hundred and ten TRILLION dollar USA Derivatives markets under these circumstances that we face in June of 2020.
