Tatami?

I have a quick question on Tatami.  I found your email address associate with the project on Google tatami forum, I apologize for emailing if you are no longer associated with the project.

My Question:

I saw on the webpage that the license had changed to include BSD and APL, yet i see that all of the headers in the files still reference the LGPL.  I couldn't find anywhere in the project that suggested that this choice was allowable -- other than on the webpage.  How should I use the project under the BSD license?  Can I change the headers?  

I would be glad to change the headers to include the choice between the three licenses and submit the project for use by others.  I would also be happy to start using it and become a committer to the project.
