I was logging in to my fb account in Chrome last Oct. 3 morning in my PC when suddenly my network connection was gone for a split second during logging in. I pressed "confirm resubmission" after my connection was back after some seconds. I was using fb for some minutes and logged out when I have to go to work on my projects and this pop-up showing up "This page is out of date. Please refresh your browser." EVERYTIME I LOG OUT OF MY ACCOUNT. I've tried clearing my cache, cookies and data of my Chrome multiple times and nothing still works to fix that irritating pop-up during log outs.

It takes some time until the date on the Pixels page is updated, so you are probably fine. Make sure that you can see the pixel with Pixel Helper. If the site has some traffic, this will be fixed pretty fast.
I had this same error and found a solution which worked, at least in my case. I use Google Tag Manager to send event data for Facebook custom conversions. I have also installed Facebook Pixel code with tag manager. If you have installed facebook pixel code through a CMS plugin for example, this solutions is not going to work.

I had this same error and found a solution which worked, at least in my case. I use Google Tag Manager to send event data for Facebook custom conversions. I have also installed Facebook Pixel code with tag manager.
So I had quite a bit of trouble figuring out why neither my Facebook pixel helper was picking up a pixel that I knew was working on my site, nor my Google Tag Manager inspector in debug mode. I had updated Chrome, went through several blogs and forums. Ultimately, it was my duckduckgo browser plugin that was blocking it for privacy reasons. Funny enough, Pixel Helper was still working on 3rd party sites, including pixelyoursite, but none of my own properties. Anyone know why this would be the case?
