TATA Event Durham Rescue Mission Tomorrow

Hello TATA and TATA YUVA,
I hope everyone is doing well, School is starting in a couple of days and I hope that everyone is getting back into working mode. Getting to the point, I have emailed and called many of you guys about a month ago letting you all know about the Durham Rescue Mission that was scheduled for August 21st (Tomorrow). I have got some quick responses by mail and I personally called a few to get a confirmation, and here is the list of people that were nice enough to step forward and sign up for this event. The event starts at 11 am and ends a 1 pm. These are the following people who signed up:

Each youth volunteer has to get the Minor volunteer form (attached) signed by one of their parents and bring it tomorrow. I am also attaching Volunteer guidelines doc. Make sure you guys read and abide the guidelines, mainly the dress code.
We were planning to meet at the Davis Drive Dunkin Donuts (3570 Davis Dr, Morrisville, NC 27560) at 10 AM and then go to the event collectively. The TATA board (Adults) will provide rides if you cannot provide yourself a ride.
If your name is on the list, Just email me back letting me know that you are
coming, since it has been about a month and you may have forgot. For the people
that I have talked to today and you told me that you are coming tomorrow, you
are set to go, you don’t have to email me.
I hope to see you guys tomorrow at the Davis Drive Dunkin Donuts at 10 AM. I
assure you it will be a fun event!
