NEW EVENT IMPORTANT: Durham Rescue Mission

Hey YUVA team, 

I hope you are doing well. We have a new event comming up and it is very crucial and beneficial that TATA builds its relationship with the Durham Rescue Mission. I hope you guys will be helpful and sign up for the following shifts. 

Durham Rescue Mission backpack day is on Aug 21st (Thu) with four shifts: WE ARE ONLY ALLOWED TO DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING SHIFTS

7 am to 9 am

9 am to 11 am

11 am to 1 pm

1 pm to 3 pm

 Only 20 volunteers are allowed and we can participate in one shift.  This is very good American Community program with high visibility and good opportunity to build relationship with them. 

Kids need to be older than 10 years

I want to know who can make it and what shift is preferred. I will only take the first 20 kids and let me know what shift is best for you. I will gather all the information and based on popular vote of the emails i receive, I will make that our Shift time. 

Please Sign up only if you are confident that you can make it. We don't want sign ups and kids not showing up. 

EMAIL ME BACK BY TOMORROW MORNING or ASAP letting me know because we need to send the list the the Durham Rescue mission Team.
