Bhramotsavam and more (IMPORTANT)

Hi YUVA Team!

     The Bhramotsavam event starts this weekend. We will be volunteering at the temple and helping with food distribution, decoration and anything the temple might need our help with. There is always a lot of work for us to do, so make sure you use your time volunteering wisely. 

     As this is one of the big YUVA events, we decided we need a more efficient way of recording hours. It is not always possible for one person to check everyone in and keep track of all the hours. It's also necessary that everyone is actually volunteering during the timings that they claim to have participated during. As a solution, we are asking you to get a small pocket notebook to record hours. This does not have to be very fancy it can be a notebook from dollar tree. In this notebook you will record your volunteer hours for each event you volunteer at. You will have to sign in and sign out with a TATA adviser or TATA YUVA board member. They will have to sign their name beside the timings you have recorded. If you are a YUVA board member than it is required that you get one of the YUVA presidents (Rohit and I) or TATA adviser to sign your hours. 

     This system is designed so that everyone has an equal opportunity and so that our YUVA team can give our full potential at every event. Please have these notebooks as soon as possible.
