Hello Yuva,

as you may already know, this upcoming Saturday April 26th is TATA UGADI, one of TATA’s major events. With that being said, it is also YUVA’s first big event to prove ourselves of our dedication and hard work. To carry forth a great event, we need a lot of preparation and work that needs to be taken care of prior to the start of the event. TATA Board has asked us our assistance in the set up process tomorrow night, the day before Ugadi. I know it is a short and last minute notice, and since it is scheduled for Friday afternoon, many of you will have plans and I can completely understand that. The YUVA board ourselves have receive the memo this afternoon and we are sending this email as soon as we were asked for help. Any help would be highly appreciated and please try to help out since preparation is very important and time consuming. Plus any volunteer who shows up and helps will receive hours. The set-up is in the HSNC auditorium at 9 pm to 11pm tomorrow night. I can understand if you cannot make it tomorrow but make sure you guys sign up for the TATA UGADI event on SATURDAY 24th, anytime as per your convenience. Our sincerest apologies for last minute notice, but we need as much help as possible. Thank you for your consideration.

With you in service

- Rohit Arja

Correction: make sure you guys sign up for the TATA UGADI event on SATURDAY 26th. Not the 24th as it says on the bottom of the previous email. Sorry for the confusion.

Thank You
