MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester automatically determines the number of physical cores and installs the appropriate number of tester agents. A default password is set to all agents: MetaTester. All agents are available in the local network at the same IP address, while each is assigned a separate port. You can specify other port numbers and change the passwords: these settings will not affect you access to the MQL5 Cloud Network.
You can close the MetaTrader 5 Agents Manager window: the agents are already running as services. To edit the settings, run MetaTrader 5 Strategy Tester from the Start menu or from the desktop shortcut.

After you register your device, the developer must update theirprovisioning profile with your device's UDID and redistribute a buildthat's configured to run on your device. Firebase emails you a notificationwhen the build is available for you to install.
If you do not have the Firebase App Distribution web clip, you can installa new build for your test app by tapping Download the latest build inthe new build notification email from Firebase.

Application consists of Sender and Receiver. Sender sends UDP packets to IP address where Receiver is running. Receiver calculates traffic statistics such actual throughput, average delays, mean jitter and absolute mean jitter, lost and out of order packets. Nice tool to stress test a router, server or find out if there are any bottlenecks in your network.
Flash Drive Image Creator (Download v1.0) - This product helps to create image file of any removable flash drive such as USB flash drive or SD/CF flash card. Image file created by this tool can be used with any of the duplicators manufactured by Virtual Console as source of duplicated data.
Flash Drive Image Writer (Download v1.0) - This application is essentially a software based (PC based) USB duplication tool that takes previously created image file and writes it to multiple USB flash drives.
I have been on the trading since 10 years and i find that i learn everyday with the forex tester.We have to change the mind and train the mind to predict what we see and what is the actual live movement.
I love FT 4. I think it's an absolute gamechanger. I understand people use it to backtest strategies to gauge how profitable they are, and while that's a great use for it, I think people are overlooking its true value.
If you are new to trading you are more than likely learning from a mentor a strategy that has already been battle-tested and proven. So there is no need for backtesting. Therefore the value in FT 4 is the ability to PRACTICE. You can load up any trading day from the past 20 years and trade it like it's live using whatever strategy you are trying to master. And you can trade multiple sessions a day; you can trade ALL day if you like. FT 4 can cut the average learning curve in 4ths, making it possible for relatively new traders to become unconsciously competent at the SKILL of trading in record time. Absolute gamechanger of a software. Bravo to the creators. I think it's a must-have for any new FX trader.
Many personal favorite can now be converted and this allows to test a strategy before going with the live account and risking hard earned money. Very great tool for learning to trade prior to trading real money.
Forex Tester 4 has a lot of the look and feel of Forex Tester (which is good). The software is very customizable and includes features like Hotkeys for almost any action and quick buy or sell orders all of which allow for quick action for fast testing.
ForexTester team did again a very good job with the last and improved version of ForexTester4. I noticed the attention to details and the high variety of new features added, there is no doubt now that a trader can grow to becoming a professional
My overall impression is that it is a great improvement for manual traders due to the inclusion of the news feature. It is certainly improving my results when backtesting my shorter term systems as it allows insights for entries and exits that no other backtesting software provides.

My experience with Forex Tester is very positive, it has been, apart from trading books, my greatest source of trading technique learning. The objective that Forex Tester helps me achieve is to test trading systems, I wouldn't trade live without using the system on Forex Tester first.
For those traders that are not familiar with Forex Tester, I would say that it is probably the most important tool to improve your trading skills, as you can trade many different pairs with real historical data on the time frames you choose.
I am a Forex Tester user since 2016 and I must say the new Forex Tester 4 is amazing. The Converter tool is my personal top. News at charts are very helpful too, try to use them, guys! I deeply appreciate the risks calculation feature built-in to the orders. Thanks again!
Most computers produced in 2005 or later will be compatible with Forex Tester, so please do not worry. *Please note that using indicators that perform complex calculations on every bar increases the CPU load and can take more time for displaying the bars. As the Forex Tester program uses only your computer resources for calculations, applying some complex indicators to the higher timeframes (like Daily, Weekly, Monthly) can cause slow performance.

Creating Projects
Keep track of test results data by creating projects per site. If you visit more than one site in a day you can quickly import the saved data from your tester. Then sort the results by site and create a new project or merge this new data into an existing customer file.
Importing Data
A simple click on the toolbar and you can import data from many Fluke Networks cabling testers to your PC automatically. Just hook up your tester, click the Import icon and LinkWare automatically sets serial port parameters while establishing communication with your tester.
