I am uploading the file to Tassel 5 and it says "Buliderfromhapmap must be order by position.please first use sortgenotypefileplugin to correctly order the file. can any please help me. thanks

Click File -> Open As...
And check the box that says "Sort Positions"

It looks everything is fine but still it give me the same error and I have no idea what to do ?

You mean the Hapmap file or the file on the Tassel ? Thanks

The hapmap is not in order. The hapmap file must be first sort (asendent) by Chromosome number and position (base pair).
